Arron Gibson: The Listening Line

This section deals with the observer of the project and their interaction with it.
This video simulates the effect of interacting with The Listening Line: Exhibition Edition. The user would wear a pair of headphones, which are not shown, and interact with the water sculpture. Whenever the user makes contact with the water, or with a wet rock touching the water, a circuit is completed. The audio then fades from the technologically inspired above water track to the naturally inspired below water track. As soon as the user is no longer touching the water the track fades back.
In order to continue hear the naturally inspired audio track the user must continue to make contact with the water.
The audio in this video has been crosfaded to simulate this effect. The track utilized is “Get Ready For The Dream Show” by Arron Gibson.
