Artist Statement:

Elisabeth Belliveau's lenticular prints are stills from her videos that weave together stop-motion animation and time-lapse filming. Inspired by Clarice Lispector's writings and references to still lifes, Belliveau's work collapses concepts of time, death, and femininity through the pulsing, decaying and transforming of objects and plants.
